i really dont know this one. sq is new to me. i am tryin to take this car to usac or iasca sq finals. has to look tight and work right.

That's right - just rough up the surface of the plastic to give the adhesive something to bite to. I replied to your PM as well.

regular epoxy may be too hard and brittle for your application.. but there are also epoxies that will bite into plastics (like pvc) and remain flexable... (Lepage markets something) -but they may also be too flexable-

I guess barring that; for the ultimate bond I might try PVC primer followed by a touch of glue followed up with regular 5min expoxy... join twist set and voila... :)

Gorilla Glue is the .. I've glued just about everything with it.. you can pic some up, at Canadian tire, Lee valey, home hardware, home depot.. its pretty much bondable to anything !!
