dual sealed box - inverted & non-inverted!!!

Here is the next setup I'd like to go with - I'm wondering if I can run one driver non-inverted & the other inverted **see photo**

would sound weird as the air space would be different by the amount of displacement

Thanks MTT - I'm putting a spacer in between so they are in their individual cambers one at 1.06(inverted) and the other at 1.21(non-inverted) to compensate!

Correct me if I'm wrong!

Driver 1 inverted
Coil1+2 2ohm + - Series
Coil1+2 2ohm - +

Driver 2 Non -inverted

Thanks MTT

as long as they are reversed from each other, should be fine.

what you drew confuses me, and what is the coil configuration of the subs?.....assuming they a dual 2's
look at this diagram and just reverse the speaker on the right's + and - connection where they have the wires going, so the two connectors under the "d" in the word "load".....this should yield a 2 Ohm load.
I'm a bit hazzy this morning so someone correct me if I'm wrong and please test with a DMM before hooking this to an amp.

Nice diagram - the only difference in my head was reversing the + & - on the inverted sub to achieve proper phasing!

Thanks MTT Julian
