what head unit can play dvd

i would like to update my cd to a dvd .i'm not looking for a unit with a MONITOR

The guys with a screen on the front that folds out, sorry for the bad news.

alpine,kenwood,pioneer,eclipse, clarion, jvc, do I really need to list anymore? no such thing as best, just personal choice and proper application( features important to you). Go shopping they are everywhere.

 

The problem is that any of the big manufactures or the main guys include a fold out screen. So its going to have to be like a Innovision, Boss, Pyle, Soundstorm, Lanzar, Rodiac but the list goes on. The guys that make the head units with out the screens are going to be the likes of the mentioned. Thats what he was getting at. If you want a nice unit the logic DM850 is a nice piece but it has a little screen like 2.5" or so or the DVD720 here is there site. www.logicsoundlab.com or www.bossaudio.com check out there BV units or www.soundstormlab.com just check these out. Cause the big guys like sony, pioneer, clarion and so on do either a stand alone DVD no head unit controls or a full blown piece with a screen. The likes of the other guys I mentioned that do make them are pretty much all the same internals make by a company in china for everyone. So the quality is about the same just pick the on you like the looks of more or less.
