the 9861 is the newer deck of the 9860

 

it's also twice the price, and the only real difference is that it has a different face plate... not worth it IMO...

Actually the problem is there are no Visions Stores around the GTA where he lives, as compared to out west where most of the replies have come from.....

Can't remember the Model # at the moment, but Kenwood makes an in-dash DVD player without a screen.....Lee at Radioactive in Burlington should be able to help you out......

The pre-out voltage is higher on the 9861.

 

I live in toronto there no vision around this area... So gave a another retailer thats sells dvd decks?

 

Future Shop, Best Buy, any local car audio shop. Hell try looking in the yellow pages or something.

 

Just call Alpine Electronics Inc. That's what I did & it work for me.
