i bought a Freeway dvd-4383NBTI from canadian tire and the dvd does not go all the way in when inserted. Stayin out about 1 inch and does not read the cd.
Please help

does everything else work? if so, then it's probably defective like the other one...return to can tire for refund. If you get another one and it does the same thing, then maybe you need to go to a pro to check the wiring/install.

 

DID you remove the tiny brass screws on the top of the radio before installing?

 

i did not remove them before but i did now and it works great
so i apreciate your help guys and THANKS A LOOT
