Dvd player computer sound

How can I connect this to my computer to play my music on my surround sound?

You'll need two mini (headphone) to RCA cables.
Plug one from DVD player into microphone jack on computer, the other from line out on computer to 2 channel input on surround sound.

So 2 cords that go from headphone jack to rca?
