just got this amp from my uncle for free, its a little beat up but works nicely, he ran a few of these amps back in the day when he competed, anyway what are the specs on this amp? and would it have enough power to power 1 kicker solobaric L7?

Your uncle is a pimp...

Yuli would be wishing he had this amp back in '96

I feel strongly that this amp could blow the snot out of the main stream kicker subs...

i actually did have a whole bunch of 200dhc's aka earthquake phd2's back in like 2001. good power but blow up way too damn fast.

so yah if u turn it up the amp will blow that L7 to snots. dont let the voltage drop too low b/c the amp is gonna turn into a mobile bbq grill almost instantly, take my word on that, i've smoked maybe 10 or more of those in less than 2 years.

Hey Prolifik,
I have a question for you on your last comment.
How can you smoke an amp if the voltage drops?
Excuse my ignorance. I have always had several batterries so I don't think I ever had a voltage problem.

Despite what Ive heard some people say an amplifier will not pull more current when the voltage drops below 12v...
