well i had a question actually regarding all you guys that deal on ebay. I recently opened a account and bid on a amp and won it, paid for it, and recieved it. Everything went great and then I bid on a second piece ID cd2Comp tweeters which I won yesterday at 11am. Now I had sent him a msg last week asking if i won could he send i dhl and i'd give him the account and recieved no response. So I opened my ebay today and he says

'I haven't heard from you, even if you were in front of you computer to bid when you were outbid, when the auction was near the end. This isn't the way in work when you're buying on ebay (I know you new to it).

I need an answer from you BEFORE NOON TODAY (eastern time)otherwise the second bidder will get the speakers.'

this seems a little harsh considering I recieved this msg at 11 my time (1pm eastern) Now I am new to Ebay but I'm not seeing how I did something wrong?

Am I in the wrong on this if it were you I was buying this from?

btw-that is the only msg i ever had recieved from him, i'm wondering if hes mad i won them at $250 usd for $899 speakers and is trying to back out?

Make sure to message him through ebay, there is no way he can't get the message that way.

A tip: establish the shipping method and price before bidding and winning.

ok well i did msg him through ebay, hopefully he gets back to me.

some ebay sellers are very "demanding" when it comes to their auctions.

Make sure you pay close attention to anything like "Must contact seller within 48 hours or auction win" etc,.

but seeing that its' ebay, the worst that can happen is you lose the item and someone leaves you negative feedback.....big deal

ya i have msged him over 7 times no response, and i reread the auction it states nothing like that. So screw him its amazing how much this is pissing me off lol. Its going to look like I bailed on him if he leaves me neg feedback, oh well, going to buy a sub instead. A nice sub

check your ebay account page, pretty sure you can get them to solve it for you, its like an ebay issue or ebay something lol(they have it incase this happens or you dont receive your goods, or if you win an auction and they dont follow up, either way you can let them know that you won the item and have been trying to talk to him but he doesnt respond and they will resolve the issue.
