Ive had my deck laying around for last 6 months in the garage not covered, my bad on that. Any ways i went to install it in a new car that i bought today. And i kept gettting the same code. Cd damaged or dirty the manual says. So I even went out and bought a new cd and its still happening. Could it have gotten damaged cuase it was just sitting on a shelf for 6 months? B4 that it was lying on same shelf when i was making some sub boxes for a friend and i used it to test the amp and subs out. So its bin sitting there for a good year, but now I get the damn error code. Is there something I can do, like blow some compressed air into it, or whatever? Or do i have to take it in to get fixed(this is what im thinking of doing) Thanx in advance for tips and help...
