Try pushing the manual reset button on the front. It is a small indented button, black in color and needs a paperclip to reset. If the unit is under warranty or not, it must be sent to S&S Electronics in Scarborough, Ont. Under warranty you need a RA# to ship it in which a dealer can get for you (like me). Out of warranty, send it in direct with a description of the problem. Chris from S&S is a vendor here on the site for more information.
