the local sponsors will rip you a new one for this topic.

but anyway, from what i've heard about them from various people on the net for the last few years, they arent exactly a great bet 100% of the time. happens.

Unfortunately, I've had the "pleasure" of ordering from etronics.... twice. I hate to dash your hopes and dreams, but it was the worst online purchasing experience of my life. Their prices are amazing, the products are brand new and fully functional, but shipping is ridiculous and customer service is nearly non-existent - when you do get a hold of somebody, he or she tends to be very uninformed and short-tempered. I waited over 2 weeks for a couple mtx subs I ordered the first time, then started calling on a daily basis to find out what was going on. Another 5 days went by and I had finally managed to talk to a customer service rep one day (after sitting on hold for nearly an hour)but she was very hostile and just kept telling me it should come in any day now... I called again and received some story about some sort of mix up with my order, and was told to keep waiting. Finally, after about a month, I got my stuff. That was quite a relief, since I no longer expected to even get it. As I say, the products are flawless but waiting for them for weeks, being kept in the dark is the scary part.

I decided a few months later to give etronics one more chance, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and ordered an amp from them. It was the same process, but on a smaller scale. Still took about three weeks though.

If you do opt for etronics, be prepared to wait anywhere between 2 weeks to a month for your stuff, and good luck trying to get any help from them with it. I don't think the low prices are worth it anymore.

I'd recommend talking to any one of the vendors on this site... I've heard nothing but great things about em'.

I have made 4 purchases on etronics and with every order, their customer service diminished significantly. They do have amazing prices, however, their shipping and tracking is the worst I have ever experienced. The last order I placed with them, after waiting 6 weeks for the product to finally arrive, a product was missing. To this day (15 weeks later), I'm still waiting for this product (which was paid for in full)...I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND STRONGLY ILLADVISE ANYONE FROM DEALING WITH THEM...

Guess what!

I tried to purchase something and it wouldnt let me. So i emailed etronics and they replied back saying that they dont ship internationally.

Which makes no sense because all over their website has those options.
anyway im waiting for another response. sounds like they are idiots.

What is it you are looking for? At least give the site vendors a crack at earning your business.

They probably quit shipping to Canada because of the grief smpl guy and I caused em'.... haha. It's good to hear that they finally dropped something they obviously couldn't handle.
