LOL international stereo is sleezy...

and OVER PRICED!!!

lol everytime i go into international stereo to listen to an amp or sub or get some info on a product (alpine) they ask me "so what do you do" right off the bat every time... like comon how do you ask someone who walks into your store hello how are you, and what do you do?

trust me the one in west edmonton mall is the one i been too... within 5 mins they will ask you what you do... its happened numerous times...
like because i make money, im supposed to pay more? im lookin for the best price... not to get milked...

oh yea and the chicks flirt with you and then when they find out your just lookin around for the best price they are all cold....

Yup nothin like insulting nuance speakers and tellin them what u think of the product... its amazing the ppl get sucked into the demo, if they only knew that they work on Qsound. then they probably never buy the damn things... i got 5 buddies who got sucked into buyin those POS, when they could have saved money and went to a pawnshop and buy them for 1/2 price.

I asked the old lady at the local Zellers if the Sony Xplod subs in the prefab boxes were 4 or 8 ohm. She had nooooooo clue.

There is lots of ladies at international. I've never met any of em that knew squat, but i'm not sexist cause lots of the guys don't know much more. I asked once if they had the Alpine Flagship comps and they said no one can get them in Canada. Duh.
I remember when a guy i work with bought nuance speakers after being in the store an hour with the "Nuance Rep" which was this real hotty. Something about that extra short skirt just made those speakers sound way better then the Energy and JBL he heard from the Boys at experts.

I don't have any problem buying from women that really know the gear, there are some that do. But every shop is differnt. VC

Why do people continually get duped into the Nusance demo? It seems everyone I talk to in or out of the industry demo has been through it and blows it off as a sham.
Wait a minute...

Is that a train I hear...
