Finally some pics of my current set up
First pics of a box I picked up (a freebie), was thinking of an option of two 12" in it at some point. Looks like they mount facing into the ported area, so you see the magnets through the half inch plexi.
My set up currently, not pretty, but I'm all about function over beauty.
Morel Tempos, tweets in pillar, crossover seen at bottom, mids in doors:

Hey, I am about to install my stereo into my civic, how did you take off the door panel and plastic pillar for your tweeters? Installer suggested that i install the tweeter forward of the door latch. How do you like your tweeter placement? Any tips you can offer?

you have a great component set, and an amazing old school PPI art series amp....
yet you wanna use some piece of snot prefab bandpass enclosure with a pair of not so good subwoofers?
no offence, cause i know what its like to use what you have got, but i think its time to revaulate things

It's a ProMos 425. Basically the brother to the ProMos 25 which was two channel, this is four channel. Cheater amp, as it's 25W.

I sort of got some reference from here for taking the door panels off, and how to go about making the speakers work in way of mounting in door:

Tweeters sound fine in the pillar as such, I have 'em slightly facing to the windshield to bounce the sound back into the car. Pillar just pops out from the top, held with clips.
