Update... I will be out of my store for the next 3 days. I am flying into Calgary tonight. I will have limited access to return messages. I can return PM's from my Blackberry but I can't post from it.... odd.

Someone may have been shipped a bad Exile 500.1 amp. If it has marks on it from mounting that is the one. Return it to me with your receipt and I will send out another one right away. My guys may have shipped the bad one out by accident. My apologies if this was you.

Man, it's too bad I've never met / ordered with you before ... I've only heard good things and the fact that you can admit fault (before the customer gets upset when they find out) is a first.

I'm just saying, as someone who buys audio equipment, used or from retail, its rare to have someone admit something AHEAD of time.
It's usually AFTER the fact that I find out everything.

We found the bad amp, it was sent to the distributor as it was supposed to have been.

Grant, before one goes onto a forum and tells people I do not pay my bills, perhaps one should talk to their accounting department AND follow through when one is given information, say like HOW TO GET AHOLD OF ME. How many times did you call me once you had my info, once, twice, three times or how about NOT ONCE. While I have been completely busy here in Alberta with my new business I had not forgotten about the only account that I owed any $ to, that being Trends. As a matter of fact I also saw your post on the forum looking for me and immediately replied to you by PM and gave you all of my contact information so that you nor Trends would lose contact with me. Trends called me today and I wrote the cheque at that very instant as I was at my desk and not out working. It went into the mail earlier this afternoon. Tell you what else Grant, once I get the cancelled cheque back, how's about I take a pic of it and post it here on the forum so that the people all know that I am a man of my word and don't run around spewing incorrect verbal BS about people, such as you have about me.

Just in case anyone is wondering, here is a copy of the PM that I sent to Grant. Rick or Paul or any other moderator, if you want to go into my PM box to verify this message was infact sent to Grant, please do. The only edit I have made to it is my phone number which miraculously Trends had in order to call me.

Posts: 6,348 My account! I will ensure that it gets cleared up. I did not authorize the guys running my shop to order the last batch of Exile amps. I am having an inventory done of the remaining equipment that I should have finished in the next couple of days. Ideally I would like to return the new boxed items if they are still in inventory. If not I will pay for them of course. At this time Trends is the only company that I owe any $ to and I was made aware of this no thanks to Canada Post only in the last week. Canada Post completely screwed up with the forwarding of our home mail and business mail. We received a huge bunch of mail after they finally sorted it out. My # is xxx-xxx-xxxx should you need to get ahold of me.


Tell you what Grant, why don't you call every other supplier and check the status of my accounts and post up the results here. I will call every single one of them and authorize them to give you full access to that information. You will find that I do not owe one account a penny and in fact one account I have credit with.

This site has been good to me over the years and I do not need some rep acting in a completely unprofessional manner, coming on here and spewing $hit about me "stiffing them". Is this how you conduct your business Grant? Do you talk to other accounts about me in this manner? Do you talk about other accouts to other people in this manner? It stands to reason that you do and I am quite sure that your other accounts when made aware of this would take issue with it for sure. If you wanted to **** me off, you have succeeded.

Don't bother with an apology either, I do not want it nor require it.

Perhaps you should also apply at McDonalds as being an order taker is more suited to you than being a professional rep who actually is involved with his clients and with the orders he receives from them and then follows up with them. Can't handle the criticism, too damn bad. I am not the one not doing the job that I was paid to do.
