Fosgate 501X Reviews???

Hey I was wondering if anyone can either give me or point me to a review of the Rockford Fosgate 501X Amp. I'm trying to decide If I wan to get it or the 301x. Also any Canadian (Internet or GTA) retailers other then Future Shop?

Also I just put the Panasonic CQ-DF783U, and was wondering what people thought of it. I like it so far.

Couldn't find any reviews of the 301x or the 501x, hope this helps a bit man.

I got a 750x and think its great...got if from sounddomain...they were excellent to deal with.

If it's sold at Future Shop, that should tell you enough whether you should buy it or not. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Exactly, they have some of the best installers in western Canada so obviously they can handle pretty much anything.

Seemingly the people you deal with and the place you buy the gear from are closely linked.
The stores that have gotten my business in the past were from smaller in-town stores where the installer also did rep-work, or the rep just knew what he was talking about.

Yeah, no word of a doubt the installers in the LM dept stores are great, but I don't see them in the display room. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Sorry, I'm just particular and about some things in big business stores.

All the indys in your town are good for is trying to locate 10 year old gear

I'm not trying to diss, I'm just showing a preference.
If I needed something installed, I would trust a big store like FS.
