If people are wondering about the track record of this company i think people on this site who have purchased from them should address there experiences both positive and negative....
ill go first...
ordered a set of components from there
its been 2.5 weeks still no components but they should arrive soon, i guess they don't keep them in stock and have to order them from cdt.
customer service is decent, jons answered all of my questions...ill repost as soon as i get em...hopefully it wont be too much longer...caint wait to put em in the ride..

I Have ordered numerous times from GCA and I will order from them again. Although things have not gone completely smoothly every single time, it has mostly been EXCELLENT.

-The first time I ordered, Canada Post lost my package. It was not GCA's fault and we waited till Canada Post reimbursed GCA and the products were re-shipped. No biggie, that risk is taken with ANY package.

-Second time, My CDT components had to come from the factory and I waited 3 weeks. No biggie, as this was told to me by Jon.

-Third time, I ordered an install kit for my sister's car. Arrived earlier than expected.

-Fourth time, I ordered a bunch of install accessories, and preordered a bunch of stuff from elemental designs. Not here yet.....but the product is not released yet.

I give them an A.

Jon, has gone out of his way to provide excellent service at all times, packages are always packed very tightly and safely.

Ordered about 1400$ worth of stuff. Had to wait a few weeks for the stuff to come from CDT, but Jon and I talked on a daily basis and everything went VERY smoothly. I hope to order more soon.

another thumbs up for GCA.

I've bought a few things from Jon and each time the transaction has gone very smoothly.

I'm probably going to be buying more stuff from him today actually

I've made three separate purchases from Jon at GCA.
A very long delay with the first purchase, but it was due to the manufacturer. The next two went very smoothly and products arrived well packaged and on time.

It's great to have a Canadian authorized internet supplier.

Dereck, in my case it was the re group buy. The amps were delayed because of some shipping strike on the west coast if I remember correctly.

The next two buys were re8's then an eD sub and some ports. No delays or problems there.

Obviously makes a big difference whether they have the stuff in stock or need to order it. That is a good question to ask when making a purchase.
