Hi,

I have this pioneer but altough it kicks hard, that extended bass of a subwoofer is not there, maybe there is some fault inside the amplifier related to ground ? I tested the rca groun with reference to the amplifier ground but there is no continuity is this normal ? my head unit is also pioneer and checked the rca's ground with reference to it chassis and there is continuity.

RCA's on the amp should NOT be grounded.
Balanced inputs, meant to reject noise.

I'd check the crossover or eq settings first and make sure you have the appropriate frequency range going to the amp.

Hi,

I tested the ground wire to the headunit chassis and there is a 60 ohm resistance, is this normal ?
