I would recommend a single Orion H2 15.2.

It will work better in a smaller box than the XXX15 and will handle the power better than a single 15L7.

Can be had new for under your price point.

AS for getting a xxx for 400 hundred you'll definetly be looking at used.

that inhuman 18 hasn't met it's reserve yet.. no telling how much more till it does. the buy it now price is $400 USD... a bit out of his range.
