yah not a bad combo at all actually. musically you will have nothing to worry about with respect to the lows. It's not a huge amount of power, but you dont need that much of it to get some good, clean and pounding low end. Even if 2000 watts are produced, that's not a low power application either.

Amps dont have to do 100% of the job moving the speaker, that's where a good box comes in and does the rest of the work.

You know what I mean?

Two 10's would work just fine, you could add more power later. A single 15 would also take care of things. Really depends on how much cone area you want vs. how much trunk space you are willing to give up.

thnx for the info yuli, however i think im going to go with 1 12" tf dual 1 and possably up the amp to a vfl 500.1. As for the trunk its a 92 jeep cherokee so im not worried bout the space, the only thing im horrible at is box building lol. Also how much are the 12's going for this season?

with that much power you'd be better off with 2 subs.
