Well I have 150 hours of banked holiday pay, so for the next wek and a half I am just going to relax and get some work around the house done. After that I will be seeing about what the next step is. It feels really good to move on though. It seems like 4 years is the most amount of time I like to be at any particular job.

Well Dereck, can't say it is a total shock - you have been talking this way for some time now, even though you made it seem in jest.
