Thanks for the info Dave. Yeah, the H900 gives you a pretty good palet to paint your soundstage. Interesting X.O. points...as I've done something very similar lately.

I don't have a clue the price of the midbass drivers, but would bridging a pair of those amps be more economical than using 2 drivers in each door. I assume you were aiming at improving dynamic output?

I think a 1g a piece for the amps is a modest sum for a well built product.

There is a person where I've moved to (moncton) that has an AVI comp set in his demo car. I'm going to check it out when I get home again.

the mounts holding the amps down look like the railing holders off my dads boat. you take them off a boat?
