Halifax, Nova Scotia !?!?!?!

Halifax is laid back but the bar scene is good (use to be phenomenal) but liquor taxed so high now it has hurt it quite a bit. Beautiful roads if you like to drive, New York Boston and Montreal all within overnight drive.
Not sure you want to shop for your car audio out here. Not the most friendly shops and they all sell at MSRP or above and none carry any meaningful inventory. Montreal on the other hand is bargain central
Keep your heads in the books. Over 60 percent of SMU students flunk out in their first year...
Cheers

60% sounds about right for any university.
It's not because they are stupid or party too much (though im sure in some cases this is true...), but mostly because people go to university because their parents tell them to, or because they think university will get them farther than college, or because they have nothing better to do and dont want to pay rent so they take some bullshit course to live at home for free still lol.
The problem is, when people get to school they tend to "discover" themselves, and their place in the world. Generally, this means that they finally found out what it is that they want to do with their lives. This of course, results in drop outs and people taking on different career paths .
Welcome to the CCA, any plans for the car?

yeah I see what you mean. I guess when you look at it like that, then 60% isn't that crazy of a number.
As for my car, My first goal is going to be to get a small second battery. (like an hc800 or hc1400)
Then after that Im going to go with another amp. something around 2100 to 2500wrms. Im just not sure if I want to run that in 2 ohm or 1 ohm. Mmats has a 2000wrms@ 2 ohms amp that I can get for a good deal in Florida. That amp is a tad bit underrated, so it'd probably blow my rockford's to shreds, but im thinking about some dc lvl 4's or maybe some audioque hdc3's. all 12' of course.
However, at this point in time, the fan on my kenwood amp is not working, and until I move in up there and look for a job, I won't be able to fix it. It will get pretty loud.. then burn up. If i could even get that fixed, how much would that probably cost? or is their another way to cool down the amp.
