Enjoy being deaf when you get older. FYI, this city already has a 24hr a day, 365 day a year, no loud music bylaw care of inconsiderate assmonkeys that do not care about anything or anyone but themselves.

Your article is just what local lawmakers need to start writing stooooopid laws (feel good laws) that will allow them to confiscate equipment, give tickets, and generally punish EVERYONE for a few numb-nuts behavior. This is happening all over the states, noise laws that have wording like "causes an annoyance" or "excessively loud". As we all know one persons "too loud" is another's "too quiet". it doesn't matter if you are 90 db or 130 dB outside your car it matters if SOMEONE doesn't like your music.
I have a very difficult time putting on shows in some areas due to this. You are just screwing yourself by banging in peoples neighborhood.

Be nice, be considerate of others and you'll never have any problems with the laws.
You'll live longer and enjoy life more.
