Has anyone yet to find Peel & seal ?
 

Obviously offered at Lowes. But what about the Canadians = \

home depot and rona sell it. All you really need to do is goto the roofing dept in them and look for similar products. peal & seal is 1mm thick, ive seen stuff thick as 2.5mm, all comes down to price and the amount you want

also look at blue skin may be one word

you are adding mass to the steel so the steel moves less

blue skin worked for me. just do it when its hot out.

I've seen 'Ice Shield' at RONA I believe. same garbage.

No. It is a self adhesive asphalt sheet that us used to help waterproof roof sheathing before the shingles go on. Some believe it can be used as a cheap alternative to a real sound damping product. I don't recommend it.
