Head Unit with BT and iPhone?
Hey there everybody. I'm in the market for a new head unit. I currently have a Pioneer DEH 2100IB. It does the job for now but it is low end and I am looking for something with bluetooth and iPhone ready. This one does do the iPhone but it sucks going through everything. I require something that is single din. I drive a 90 Chev K1500 so not lots of room in the dash. I would like to hear the good, bad and ugly of what others are running so I can go in with an educated guess. I would like to keep the price under $500. Thanks.

Arguably,
My pioneer P6100bt works amazing however I'd recomend the 7100 actualy those decks are easy to use easy to find and buy and are reliable my 6100 is great but I would have rather have the rear usb that's it sounds great(y)

I have the Eclipse CD5030 on sale and 1 left of the Kenwood Excelon KDCX993. The Eclipse is one great cd player that most certainly will do the job for you more effectively than any other cd player in it's class.

Well, I never used timing alignment before I got this deck. Although it makes it suck of anyone else in the car except for you (you can tune it for the people in the front seat if you want), it makes it sound great. By delaying the speakers closest to you it pushes your sound stage to the middle dash of your car.
Scrolling through my ipod is crazy fast compared to my previous decks (and my friends decks).
The bluetooth hands free sounds just like if I'm on the cell phone.
It has a real EQ (F**king alpine and their trebble/bass only)
5V output allows for lower gains on your amp.
Thats all that I can think of at the moment. But I'm in a hurry. There are a few more for sure.
