Head Unit Question
I'm replacing my stock head unit hopefully with the eclipse cd5030. Im rockin a 04 VW jetta and was wondering if i will need a wiring harness adapter for the new unit? I know that there is an adapter for 05 and up but is there one for the 04? I don't feel like splicing wires or anything.

im not sure about the metra harness though i think your car might be like the newer GM veh. that you need a special harness witch provides the 12 volt ignition wire..
