So yeah.. all my gear up front got stolen/destroyed.

They took my deck (Alpine cda-7995) and my Mids/crossovers (CDT Audio ef-61cf) and my friends Audiocontrol Four.1i. They also destroyed a 1 ft Monster cable pro interconnect that was worth a couple hundred bucks. They left the cable but ripped the ends off...

But here's what pisses me off.... They didn't take the wiring harness for the deck... so the deck is virutally useless to them (meaning it will likely just get smashed).

They didn't take my tweeters.... so if they power up the other speakers without the tweeters they'll likely fry the crossovers and mids... and the four.1 they didn't take the wiring for... so it's basically unusable.

I wish if someone was going to steal my stereo they would have at least done it right... instead of creating garbage out of my gear that i worked so hard to acquire.

But here's the good thing. I only told a few people about the stereo... and my gear was pretty unique on the island... and i have all the serial numbers.

I'm hoping it was just some crackhead that was trying to make money and not someone that i know.

Anyways... a note of caution to everyone... protect your ****... cause no matter how safe you think you are.. someone will eventually target your car....

now i got about a 2000$ bill to get back to where i was....

****ing people that stole the stuff though... they left a cd case with 150 cd's in it on the back seat.. the remote for the stereo was sitting on the seat and the face plate case was sitting beside it.. plus the glove box was full of stereo parts and the tweeters were sitting on the a-pillars.... dumbasses.
