Help with 2007 Dodge Charger
2007 Dodge Charger, stock system. Added a sub box with an amp for a little bass. LOC was used, everything works, somewhat.
The question I have, when the radio goes close to level 30 in volume, the box cuts out completely, almost fades out, and the sound stage is all up front.
Is this something Dodge did to protect the speakers at high volumes? Once you turn it down again, the bass comes back. The bass control on the deck is usually at 0, and this still happens. We tried lowering the bass to -2 and it doesn't do it as often.
Is there any bypass or workaround for this?
Oh I forgot, the LOC is taking the signal from the rear speakers.
