Hey guys i'm really confused i don't know what subs i should get i'm thinking alpines or MTX can anyone help me out on my choice I want quality and power but something thats not going to blow

I was looking at Alpine RS 500watts RMS
or I was looking at MTX sledge hammers 700 series 12"

any other suggestions
