Help with a new Head Unit

Hi - I recently picked up a Mercedes G55 Truck with a heavily customized audio system. The Amps, Speakers, Sub are awesome, but I can't deal with the Pioneer Avic Z2 Head Unit any longer. The performance through the menus is brutally slow - so slow that it's not worth me trying to find specific songs on my iPod. And the sound quality of the bluetooth through the mic when I'm talking to people (ie how they hear me) is essentially unusable. After some research this appears to be a relatively common problem with the Z2.

So I'm looking at the Kenwood DNX9140. Acoustically it is perfect, although I'm hearing that there are considerable issues with its performance through menus as well (with a large itunes database). Apparently the DNX7140 is a lot better, but doesn't have some of the acoustic fine tuning I was hoping for. I do like the Garmin GPS, Parrot bluetooth though...

The newest Pioneers (Avic Z110BT and X920BT) looks great, but I'm concerned that it may have the same bluetooth issues when talking on the phone that the Avic Z2 has...

Any advice for relative Car Audio Newbie?

Thanks

Jmac

Short list a solid performer in the Eclipse AVN726E. ECLIPSE Car Navigation and Audio Systems | Fujitsu Ten for info on it.
