Help a newbie upgrade his car audio

Hello guyz.

i will like some advice and help in upgrading my car audio.

i have already installed a pioneer head unit. the AVH X 7500BT,

i will like to have component speakers in the front.

should i be powering them off the head unit or should i need an amplifier?

if needs amplifier, is a four channel amp ok for the components and have them bridged for the subwoofer?

my car is a hatchback and i don't want to compromise space at the same time, so i had a look and amplified subwoofer like the JBL Bass Pro 12.

my present setup are 2 way coaxials in the front doors and 4 way coaxials in the rear doors.

should i keep the 4 way speakers in the rear doors or should i remove all of them and add the components in the front and add a sub in the boot.

many thanks and regards
