I agree, I would certainly not let this slide.. The guy has ripped off far too many people. The police should definatly get involved in this. To me, it looks like enough information to present a good case against him. I would contact other people who have been scammed by him, and try to work together to provide a stronger case.

Well, some people had approached me with some intresting and promising stuff. I will get back wat is mine, and if we get back more car audio gear, we will email those that have lost some stuff in this scamm.. I dont know how were goi to work this out, but I want everyone to be happy, and I want this guy gone.... so ill keep u guys filled in with more details

You have his physical address, so I dont see how it isnt quite simple to file a fraud complaint or something...??

For the record, I had/have no idea what was going on with regards to this situation. sLammeds15 pm'd me with respect to a 10" box he had for sale and asked me what kind of speaker I was looking to fit in it ... I replied to his pm (btw, it's a low-model Pioneer 10") and that is when he explained to me what was going on and apologized for his honest mistake. I have never been involved in anything remotely close to an online scam, as I know what it feels like to be ripped off ... I just hope everything works itself out for everyone who got ripped off by the person in question. Take care and good luck.
