Has anyone ever purchased anything from this website? What's their level of customer service? Are they secure ?
I'm using them to purchase all my wiring and accessories...
Any feedback would be much appreciated...

I purchased a couple of Diamond Audio D615D2's from them about a month ago. There customer service was ok. It took them a while to figure out that the sub's were out of stock, and then they had to wait about a week for Diamond to ship more. Once they were back in stock they were sent quickly. So getting the product was kinda a pain in da A$$ but the subs were in perfect condition. Customer service response was fast but often it was confusing and they didn't seem to know what was going on. But what kind of customer service do you really expect from an online store? Anyway, I give them a B+.

Just my $0.02

Thx guys...
I was just wondering because I placed an order for a wiring kit and term rings and dis blocks however they e-mail me back stating my credit card was declined. I contacted visa and was told the hifi charge was successful and everything seemed to be fine...I had no idea what was going on....

The thing that really sucks is that you can't call them. Their 1-800 number isn't valid in Canada....

Why not use PayPal?
