The back seats, the part which your *** sits on, i removed it all but in the middle it seems to be stuck to the frame...any ideas on how to remove it?

 

Check for clips bolts. Did you remove the seatbelt yet? In my car the same bolt that holds down the belt holds down the seat..and then theirs clips on the bottom.

In between the back rest and the *** part in the middle.. there a 17mm Bolt there.get that off and then just push the seat back and lift. ill show you a pic first chance i get..

alright well i had time to work on it again today and i got the bottom back seat off...now the back rests...how do i take those out? i read on the web that there are 2 pins on each side but that was on a older gen civic, mine looks different...
