it keeps saying my pics are to big what can i do

Use the GALLERY and you can hotlink into a thread.

Unless they're too big for the gallery

If they're too big for the gallery you'll need to resize them. I use a program called IrFanView for it... but there are others as well.

when using irfan.... crtl+r
there are alot of resizing options
