The CBC this morning reported that Sirius Canada head Mark Redmond CONFIRMED that Stern will be carried on the Canadian service beginning in January. [img]graemlins/jammin.gif[/img]

I have been listening to Howard 100 on Sirius US for about a month now, while he hasn't been on it cause his contract isn't up till this friday, the entire channel is hilarious................Pillow Time with Heidi Cortez is insane [img]smile.gif[/img]

 

Nice. Not to take this too far off topic, but I just picked up a Kenwood deck and was wondering if anyone knows if and when the Sirius tuner packs will be available, for Sirius Canada? Called A&B and they said that they were not available yet.....

 

There are "issues" with everything right now, I would say your best, quickest and easiest is to get one from the US and or eBay.

Normally I would never suggesting supporting US on this BUT I know what is going to be involved and it's just a headache that is going to take forever..............

 

Thanks for the info, so if I get one from the US, it will only work on the US Sirius then, I will not be able to pick up some of the Canada specific stations like CBC, etc?

My kenwood rep told me to not hold my breath...........

My OEM Dodge Sirius piece picks it up and I am on a US subscription

 

Same with my Clarion box on it's "American" subscription. Was odd to listen to "Sounds like Canada" 2 hrs ahead of normal scheduled time out here. They must be using the Toronto feed for Radio One.
