I Have a Diamond D9 12" DVC 800 RMS Sub What cheap Amp Should I get for it?
I'm kinda a new to subs and amps my sister gave me a Diamond D9 12" 800 RMS DVC for my birthday because I told her I was looking for a new sub. But the Amp I have is a realy cheap one and because I have to wire the sub in series I can only get maybe 100 Watts to the sub right now if that.
I'm looking for a new amp soon or when spring comes and sugesstions?
Thanks !

unless your okay with oredering online, from ebay and such
Ideally you will want an amp that will do 800wrms @1ohm. Check the for sale threads some really good used gear, also some new stuff as well. As well there are a few vendors on here that will take care of you if you get ahold of them. Check the vendors section. I have an amp for sale, but it is nowhere near what you need.

To the OP, any amp stable into a mono 2ohm load from 200 to ~1,00watts will work fine with your sub....I'm guessing you are just starting to add stuff to your car and if you still have the stock deck and speakers you won't need a lot of power to add some bass to it.
The used equipment for sale in this thread, in particular the RF amp, would be a good starting point for you.
That is a nice sub, please don't try and cheap your way thru hooking it up.....you won't be happy with the results long-term......
