I used bx casing like that other guy, its a metal casing that is flexible used in houses and big construction site jobs, now for car audio lol

Why do you need some thick wire? I would just recommend that you cover it up alot more like other people suggested

Nice job, Fozz. Too bad it takes a bunch of screws thru your floorboards through to secure the wiring. That's the one thing that prevents me from doing my wiring that way. I'll find a way to do it though. My truck has a full frame though so I think that'll help.

I'm not sure using BX is a smart way to go. The conduit Fozz used has the flexible vinyl casing on it to prevent coorosion. I would think BX would eventually start rusting or corroding when used under a car.
