I just got a pioneer 15" IMPP rated to handel 350RMS max. in a prefab box that I'll probably give to my GF for xmax....

plus this amp PRSX-320

all for 125 bucks....

anyway the amp has me a little confused thou... it says it's 1-8ohm stable on the back... but from the spec's it seems thats a typo... anyone know ?

It looks pretty hefty but it sucks it can't be used for full range or at least be class D... [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img]

Oh well, just wondering if you guys thought I got a good deal or not.... ?

The amps x-over circuitry only allows 40-120hz frequncy response.... but it has a subsonic and 18db boost you can set anywhere in it's frequency range...

If anyone wants to trade my amp for their 2ch. full range amp that can put out 250-400 RMS watts... email me...

Those prs's are pioneers best amps..... the stuff they make now arent nearly as nice as those...

well perfect... Ican use it for the 2 pair of components Iam putting upfront and give my girl my wee little 140RMS PPI instead...

(only problem is that I told her about it and she now wants this particular amp... lol)

Anyways... I will still assume that this it's only 2ohm stereo stable despite the sticker on the back saying 1-8ohms.... unless anyone else knows different... [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]
