I am trying to PM somebody and somehow they got on my ignore list (have no idea how) and I can't send them a PM, how do I take them off? Thanks!

Click on "My Profile", then go into Ignore List:

"When someone is on your ignore list, that person cannot send you a private message. Ignore lists have no use for anything other than private messages. You may remove people from your ignore list by unchecking the boxes next to the names. The only way to add a person to your ignore list is by accessing the person's profile or on the private message page for a particular message."
