so every one know's how i got my self a new system. got about 25% of it installed already. still need 2 more amp's and a sub or 2, this will have to wait. so today i decieded that im gonna do some work on it. so some people may know this and may not, i have a pair of fusion fes 525 5 1/4 speaker's. and they don't fit, i have tried every thing to make them fit. not thinking that mabey it's the plastic panel that was not letting me put them in. so today i take off the panel and low and behold, the damn panel is like 4 to 5 cm to small. i don't wanna cut any thing, incase i sell the car in the future. cause i sure as heck am not leaving those speaker's in thier. could i mabey use something as a spacer, cardboard, round peice of wood, cloth, ect. any one got any idea how i could do this. or could i just leave it with the space, will it sound horrible? here's some pic's incase you got lost with me typeing so much.

I'm always in the middle of an install............

Anyway, go to the wreckers and buy a panel. Screw around with that one. When selling the car, put the original back in.

The picture doesn't help.

Just use a small piece of plywood to space it until you get a chance to do it properly.
