I know a lot of people have been waiting for these for a few years now.

The new IDMax V.4 series has been announced and specs are showing up on the site now.

In the new lineup is a 15" IDMax!

what!!!!! i've been wanting a 15" idmax since 2008!!!! now they finally decide to make one after all this time..

If I remember correctly, ID was bought out by boss audio, I hope the quality remains the same.

Image dynamics is still in business. They are a subsidiary of powerbass. Powerbass actually bought the company, and it's patents in 2005.

Both Eric Stevens "co founder" and his long time employee Matt borgourt left the company last year.

Eric has been developing the IMAX 15 for many years... more than likely the 15 and the entire v4 lineup was designed by him.

I know some have questioned the customer service of image dynamics, I've talked to them a few times since Eric, and Matt's departure, they seem like good people.... If I was in the market for some gear I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any ID product.
