Hi guys i need your help

i just recently won an auction on these infinity 605 cs speakers on ebay. The total price (tax, coverted to cad and everything comes up to $110). This price is not bad, but when i misread the discription, i thought it was a complete set. However, it is missing 1 tweeter, so im kinda undecided wether i should pay for this item and listen to the 2 speakers with 1 tweeter (driver's side hhihihi) or should i flake out and get a negative feedback. BTW, this is my first time using ebay that's y i'm into this problem. Anyways, give me your feedbacks.
thanks

Binh

^^ Yup.

Sorry to hear about the mis-read, but everywhere on e-bay there are warnings stating buyer assumes responsibility yada yada yada . . . what it comes down to is if you are bidding, you are fully committed, and winning an auction on e-bay is a legal contract. Don't chince out, you'll get more than bad feedback.

Yeah, you don't want negative feedback if its your first transaction. Most sellers will not sell to someone with negative feedback. You could always re-list them on ebay, or like someone else mentioned, pick up some different tweeters later on. You may be able to contact harman co. (Infinity) and get a replacement tweet. Check their website, and give them a call. It may be reasonably priced. I'm pretty sure a front stage with one tweeter will be lacking.

Hey guys, thanks for your feedbacks. I guess i will stick with these speakers since Infinity make awesome speakers with or without tweeters. I'm planning to install these speakers with 1 tweeter on the driver's side? Will it sound weird with 1 tweeter?

I dont think it will sound terrible, but it will be a little unbalanced. You will probably find the left side of the car much brighter sounding than the right. Imaging will probably be affected also. (Although I can't say I've listened to many single tweeter setups in my day )

I would certainly look into getting a replacement tweeter for the right sometime in the future, but give it a shot.

Probably? Or, will definitely. I would say with one tweeter you will have no imaging (but saying you have no imaging is like saying there is no temperature outside) . . . your imaging will stink.

Place the tweeter in middle of the dash, like a centre channel J/K

Order the second tweeter.
