Question

I am meeting a guy tonight to look at a pair of these things...

Anyone have any experience with them???

Will they really handle up to 750RMS with music?? (500RMS thermal??)

Anyone have any idea what Xmag or Xsus is on these things???

(Xmax is listed as 12.4mm and is probably based on coil overhang)

Personally, I think they might be a little overrated... but Iam getting the pair for a real steal...

Any input would be appreciated!

I had some of the first gen 15" 4ohm off a 500d and was hitting mid 40's in db drag... I was happy with them.. just not the 7000 series.. they sucked... Wish my Old Thundercast never died... I wanted MTX to fix the foam and they said they no longer make them but come to find out the use them in the home audio still... Doh...

DWVW : What sort of volume and frequency are you using to pull those mid 140's??

I've never tested how loud my system is .. I've asked a few people from car audio shops and they said low 140's ...

Now I've made 2 different boxes .. a 3.15 @ 42 hz , 1.8 @ 34hz .. also used a 2.75 @ 41 hz ...
