how hard is it to fit in a phone call from a loyal customer? I can't even get an answer to my phone calls! when I call from my cell or from home I get no answer, when I call from someplace else, he's not there after I say who it is.

I have the info but before anyone lays into inquiring about or bashing any shop or person in particular, the person this is intented to go to had best have a chance to reply. There are always two sides to the story, time to get the dirty laundry aired and the problems solved.
Personally I like Westec's idea best as there is nothing like a drop in revenue to get a business's attention. One lost customer due to a sign like that will have permanent ramifications for a long time.
