Franky it reeks of a shop about to go under!

And as a customer I REALLY hate it when shops get too comfortable with you and treat you with less importance than a walk-in.

"Excuse me John we can finish this order in just a sec..." turning to the walk in "can i help you?"

So, he is alive and well and is posting today on the forum. If he has time for this, he has time free to talk with you about resolving your issues with your paid for work. This just floors me, now I don't know the person or the business, but he is most certainly not doing anyone any favours here. Personally I think that it is time that his name and shop is posted for all to see. We have a buyer / seller feedback thread, I do not see how this is any different. Prospective customers have a right to know.

The owner has contacted me today about resolving the issue, hopefully it'll be worked out soon.

yes it is my shop being mentioned

I have been away for quite a while from the shop, someone is doing work for me there and was not aware of the situation. as not replying sooner I did not have any messages or internet for quite a while as I just moved right after having a baby... a member of this board actually brought this to my attention because I was not even aware this post had been made... most of all the matter will be resolved in private.

sorry had to cut last post short... babies do cry... just wanted to mention that I am disappointed that it came to this... even though the customer/friend was given permission and used it to build his SQ system using my shop and now I just feel I have wasted my time helping to build the industry... I do admit it has been a bit of a mess with the install process with his busy schedule and mine...but the install quality is always 110% he knows that himself... also forgeting to mention the valet remote that allows full use of the system except for being a one way transmitter... thus not being in valet mode for all this time... this is my defense... and the rest should be kept in private as I have put my foot forward to deal with the issue.... asking by email( his private msg box is full) to call my cell phone or leave a text message with a phone number where he can be reached... so for any other shop owners that try to be nice to customers and give them a deal or discount ... well this is what happens

Jacob like the email said please call me ... if you erased the email I have instructed Jay to give you my cell number again... Merry Christmas... and when your baby is born you will come to understand how little time you will have for anything as it will also be your first

All is well and has been resolved. The issue was with the brain of the alarm/starter, and Peter took care of things like I'd hoped he would.
