Was at 7-Eleven last night, thumbing through the latest CA&E mag. They tested the new 6000 watt JBL amp, it weighs 88lbs, did over 8000 watts bridged, and pulled around 760 amps.... Crazy, I assume you would need a bank of batteries to run an amp of that caliber?

Anyone catch the size of that amp.. its 6-1/2" x 29-3/8" x 23"... thats freaking huge.. I have heard about sub boxes not fitting,, but best to measure up to see if this amp fits..

F-IT! pull out the protection and resistors or something to mod it to run at 17Volts!!! then test it! [img]smile.gif[/img] LOL... i don't even think you can do that!
