I just finished soldering a fairly complicated xover for my altec 604 coax 15"-16ohm home speakers(100 db efficient). I bought the comps including boards from solen.ca and put them together today. I think a 4 ohm xover would be much simpler as the inductors would be a lot smaller.If anyone wants some help with their xovers I'm available for free - maybe you could help me with a box or something.
