R/Ts and ACRs come with an aluminum dual-runner intake manifold. A set of butterfly valves open at approx. 4500 rpm at WOT to provide a shorter intake path for better high-rpm breathing.

 

Retrofitting an R/T manifold isn't easy nor really worth it. The computer tells the motor when to flip the valves open, so then you would need an R/T computer and who knows what kind of a mess that would be to be compatible with the rest of your car. There are easier ways to get 18 more HP. But yes, it is a neat piece [img]smile.gif[/img] Active intakes and exhausts are always cool.

Not to be critical,, but why is there no theme in the vehicle..

IE.. differant materials all over.. looks very mismatched..
