I had one customer in the store today, another guy walked in, I said hello, asked him if he needed any assistance, he gave me the "just looking" line. Fair enough, I went back to talking with the first customer who we had in the shop, the second guy looked around for a few minutes. I gave him space, he ended up asking me about marine head units, ended up giving him a demo of the one in my truck, he left a happy camper. It can be tricky to read people though, never know what will work, and what will set someone off... [img]smile.gif[/img]

lethal i feel your pain. i look at it as those bad customers arent meant to be, but the good service you give to the rest will come back for more product BECAUSE of the good service. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
